For the past three decades, my work in wellness has evolved, starting in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, where grinding gym workouts and runs on the treadmill were the focus, followed by mindset coaching and energy healing. But over time, I have realised that true well-being isn’t just about how much we do, it’s about how deeply we breathe, how present we are, and how fully we allow ourselves just to be.
That’s how Aviva Wellness was born, a space designed to help you step out of the relentless cycle of stress, busyness, and burnout and into a life of balance, breath, and being.
