In this class you will learn techniques that will assist you with the practice of slowing down by breathing deeply, to help you reharmonise your mind, body, and spirit. Step into a serene 60-minute journey designed to soothe your mind, balance your body, and calm the cortisol. This transformative session focuses on activating the vagus nerve, the gateway to shifting from the fight-or-flight mode of the sympathetic nervous system to the restorative rest-and-digest state of the parasympathetic nervous system.
